It provides advanced and mainstream packaging and comprehensive test services, including wafer bump, wafer probe, wafer back-grind, package design, flip chip, wafer-level and system-in-package solutions, final test and drop shipment. Its principal business segments are Advanced Products, Mainstream Products and Test Services. Amkor serves IDMs, fabless companies, foundries and OEMs across communications, computing, automotive, industrial and consumer markets via a geographically diversified manufacturing, R&D and sales footprint in Asia, Europe and the United States.
