ARKO Corp. is a leading independent operator of convenience stores and a major U.S. convenience store chain by store count. It offers fuel retailing and distribution, in-store merchandise and foodservice, loyalty and promotional programs, car washes, and fleet fueling card services. The company operates through distinct retail, wholesale, fleet fueling and GPMP wholesale distribution segments. ARKO distributes products and fuel across a Family of Community Brands and serves customers via company-operated stores, dealer-supplied sites, cardlock locations and a proprietary nationwide fuel card network in the District of Columbia and more than 30 U.S. states.
