CNB Financial Corporation is a Pennsylvania-based bank holding company that owns CNB Bank, a state-chartered bank providing full-service commercial and consumer banking. The Corporation offers checking, savings, time deposits, real estate and commercial loans, wealth management, and insurance products through six operating divisions (CNB Bank, ERIEBANK, FCBank, BankOnBuffalo, Ridge View Bank, and ESSA Bank) across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, and Virginia. The Corporation also operates a finance subsidiary (Holiday Financial Services) providing small-balance loans and maintains insurance and securities investment subsidiaries.
