CF Bankshares Inc. is a bank holding company whose subsidiary, CFBank, is a national bank serving closely held businesses and entrepreneurs across five major metro markets (Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Akron, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana). CFBank originates and holds commercial, commercial real estate, multi-family and single-family residential mortgage loans, construction loans, and consumer loans, generating revenue from interest and fees on loans and noninterest income from loan sales. The bank funds operations primarily through retail and business deposits, certificates of deposit, brokered deposits, FHLB advances, and loan repayments.
