It offers asset management, property and facility management (including security and concierge), development and construction management, leasing and marketing, acquisition and disposition, design and entitlements, and other property-specific services. Its operations are organized across its in-house commercial and residential property management subsidiaries and ParkX parking and ancillary services, and are anchored by its Anchor Portfolio management agreements.
