CROSS TIMBERS ROYALTY TRUST

CROSS TIMBERS ROYALTY TRUST is an express trust that holds defined net profits interests in oil and natural gas production carved out of properties formerly owned by XTO Energy. The Trust receives net profits income from sales of oil and gas production, net of defined production and operating costs, and distributes monthly cash to unitholders. Its net profits interests consist primarily of 90% and 75% interests carved from royalty, overriding royalty and specific working interests.
