NATIONAL BEVERAGE CORP innovatively refreshes consumers with a portfolio of sparkling waters, juices, energy drinks and, to a lesser extent, carbonated soft drinks. It offers branded beverages and related packaging, flavor and concentrate development, manufacturing, marketing and promotional services across brands such as LaCroix, Clear Fruit, Rip It, Everfresh, Mr. Pure, Shasta and Faygo. The company organizes its business into Power+ Brands (sparkling water, energy drinks and juices) and carbonated soft drink operations, supported by vertically integrated production, R&D and sales functions. Its products are sold primarily in the United States and, to a limited extent, internationally through take-home, convenience and food-service channels using warehouse and direct-store delivery, mass merchandisers, club stores, grocery, drug, dollar and e-commerce retailers.
