FrontView REIT, Inc. is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust that acquires, owns and manages single-tenant and multi-tenant properties with prominent frontage on high-traffic roads. It leases these net-leased retail and service-oriented properties to a diversified roster of tenants, including restaurants, cellular stores, financial institutions, automotive dealers, medical and dental providers, convenience and grocery operators, car washes, and general retail brands. The company conducts its business and asset management through an operating partnership and UPREIT structure with dedicated acquisition, underwriting, and portfolio management functions.
