Graphic Packaging Holding Company designs, manufactures and supplies consumer packaging solutions made primarily from renewable and recycled paperboard for food, beverage, foodservice and other consumer markets. Its principal products and services include paperboard cartons, multipacks, trays, carriers, paperboard canisters, cups, bowls, and proprietary packaging machinery along with installation, service and performance monitoring. The business is organized into three reportable segments: Americas Paperboard Packaging, Europe Paperboard Packaging and Paperboard Manufacturing. The Company operates across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, selling to local and multinational consumer products companies and retailers through sales offices and broker arrangements.
