Centrus Energy Corp. is a supplier of nuclear fuel components and provides uranium enrichment and technical services to public and private customers. It offers low enriched uranium (LEU) and high-assay low enriched uranium (HALEU) enrichment services, sales of separative work units (SWU), natural uranium hexafluoride, uranium concentrates and conversion, centrifuge manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, engineering and operations services. The company operates two segments: LEU (commercial sales of enrichment and feed components) and Technical Solutions (government and advanced enrichment, HALEU production, and engineering/manufacturing services). Centrus supplies domestic and international utilities and U.S. government customers via long-term contracts, spot purchases, inventory and DOE task orders and direct manufacturing channels.
