MYR Group Inc. is a holding company of specialty electrical construction service providers that delivers electrical construction, maintenance and repair services to the electric utility infrastructure and commercial and industrial markets. It offers design, engineering, procurement, construction, upgrade, maintenance, repair, emergency restoration, clean energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure services. Operations are managed through two reportable segments—Transmission and Distribution (T&D), serving utilities on transmission lines, substations and distribution systems, and Commercial and Industrial (C&I), serving commercial and industrial facilities. The company operates through wholly‑owned subsidiaries and a network of local offices across the United States and Canada, contracting as prime contractor or subcontractor under MSAs and competitive bids.
