OLD SECOND BANCORP INC is a bank holding company that conducts full-service community banking through its wholly owned subsidiary, Old Second National Bank. It offers deposit products, commercial and consumer lending, residential mortgage origination and secondary marketing, electronic banking, trust, wealth management, investment advisory, lease financing and related banking services. Principal subsidiaries and affiliates include an affordable housing fund, real estate holding entities for foreclosed property, and an investment advisory subsidiary, and the company reports one operating segment—community banking. The Bank serves retail, commercial and public customers through a network of banking centers and digital channels across counties in the Chicago metropolitan area and nearby states.
