Ohio Valley Banc Corp. is a financial holding company providing community banking services through its subsidiary The Ohio Valley Bank Company, which operates eighteen offices in southeastern Ohio and western West Virginia. The Bank offers commercial and retail deposit and lending services, including checking, savings, time deposits, personal loans, commercial loans, residential real estate mortgages, credit cards, and trust services. Ohio Valley also owns Loan Central, a consumer finance subsidiary offering personal and mortgage loans to higher-risk borrowers and tax preparation services, and Ohio Valley Financial Services, an insurance agency.
