The company offers brokerage, wealth management, advisory solutions, proprietary and third-party mutual funds and ETFs, managed portfolios, alternative investments, banking products including deposit accounts and lending, and trust and custody services. Its operations are organized into two reportable segments: Investor Services, serving retail and workplace clients, and Advisor Services, serving independent registered investment advisors and retirement plan providers. Schwab distributes services via digital platforms, branches, telephone, and institutional custodial channels domestically and to select international clients.
