It offers site leases, home sales and leasing through its taxable REIT subsidiary SHS, marina wet-slip and dry-storage leases, end-to-end vessel services, and resort-style amenities and short-stay rentals. The company operates through distinct MH, RV, marina, and UK holiday park segments (including home sales and property management functions). It markets and distributes services primarily across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom via direct management, third-party managers, and site fee license arrangements.
