Its primary subsidiary, UMB Bank, National Association, offers commercial, retail, government, and correspondent-banking services across the Midwest, Southwest, and West; the Company also owns UMB Fund Services, which provides fund accounting, transfer agency, and related services to mutual fund and alternative-investment groups.
