EEME Energy SPV I and Majique Ladnier disclose combined 63.7% stake in XCF Global
EEME Energy SPV I, LLC and Majique Ladnier together disclosed beneficial ownership of 253.8 million shares, or 63.7% of XCF Global's common stock. EEME, which owns Southern Energy Renewables Inc., has agreed to sell that company to XCF in exchange for shares representing 35% of XCF's fully diluted stock at closing, with Southern Energy entitled to appoint two directors to XCF's board. The reporting persons stated they may buy and sell XCF common stock in their sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
