FNB CORP/PA/ is a bank holding company that provides diversified financial services through its banking and non-bank subsidiaries. It offers commercial and consumer banking, mortgage and consumer lending, deposit products, treasury and capital markets services, wealth and fiduciary management, investment advisory and broker-dealer services, insurance brokerage and reinsurance, merchant banking and title insurance, and digital banking tools. Its operations are organized into three reportable segments: Community Banking, Wealth Management and Insurance, with other non‑segment subsidiaries grouped as Other. FNB distributes services through a regional branch and ATM network, digital and mobile channels (including its eStore platform), third‑party broker and networking arrangements, and loan production offices across seven states and the District of Columbia.
