Oil-Dri Corp of America develops, mines, manufactures and markets sorbent products principally made from hydrated aluminosilicate minerals and complementary synthetic materials for industrial, retail and agricultural uses. Its products include clay-based and silica gel cat litters (branded and private label), industrial and automotive sorbents, sports field materials, fluids purification and bleaching clays, agricultural carriers and animal health and nutrition solutions. The company reports through two operating segments: the Retail and Wholesale Products Group and the Business to Business Products Group. Its products are sold domestically and internationally through mass merchandisers, grocery and pet channels, online retailers, distributors, technical sales teams and direct sales to processors and refiners.
