The company reports two primary segments — Investment Banking and Capital Markets and Asset Management — and conducts certain activities through joint ventures and affiliated asset management platforms. Jefferies operates across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East, and Asia‑Pacific, serving public and private companies, sponsors, institutional investors and government entities.
