AGCO CORP /DE designs, manufactures and distributes agricultural machinery and precision agriculture technology. It offers a full line of equipment including high‑ and mid‑range tractors, compact tractors, combines, hay and forage equipment, planters, application equipment, replacement parts and grain storage and protein systems, alongside precision ag hardware, software and cloud applications under brands such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra and PTx. Key business units include its branded product portfolio, AGCO Power engines, the PTx Trimble joint venture and finance joint ventures. The company sells primarily through about 2,700 independent dealers and distributors across roughly 140 countries, with major markets in Europe, North America, South America and other regions.
