EAGLE MATERIALS INC is a U.S. manufacturer of heavy construction products and light building materials serving infrastructure and building markets. It produces Portland cement, slag cement, readymix concrete, crushed stone, sand and gravel, gypsum wallboard marketed as American Gypsum, and recycled paperboard used as wallboard liner. The business is organized into two sectors—Heavy Materials (Cement; Concrete and Aggregates) and Light Materials (Gypsum Wallboard; Recycled Paperboard). Products are manufactured across an integrated plant and terminal network and distributed regionally by truck, rail, barge, and common carriers to dealers, contractors, and distributors in most U.S. markets.
