Its business is organized around investment activities including stabilized core and core-plus assets, value-add and opportunistic development and redevelopment projects, and select alternative investments as described in its business segments. It targets investments and sources opportunities primarily in Southeast Florida, the Washington, D.C. metro area, and Colorado's Front Range.
