BXP, Inc. is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust that develops, owns and manages primarily premier workplaces. It offers office, laboratory/life sciences, retail and residential properties, a hotel through a taxable REIT subsidiary, and related services including development, redevelopment, acquisitions, leasing, property management, construction management and capital markets activities. The company operates as a full-service real estate organization through its partnership vehicle BPLP and through joint ventures, lending and third-party development arrangements. Its properties and operations are concentrated in six gateway U.S. markets—Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, DC—and it leases space directly to corporate, institutional and government clients while engaging institutional partners for joint ventures and capital solutions.
