MKS INC provides foundational technology solutions that enable semiconductor manufacturing, electronics and packaging, and specialty industrial applications. It offers instruments, subsystems, process-control systems and specialty chemicals, including vacuum technologies, lasers and photonics, power delivery, sensors and plating equipment. The company is organized into three divisions—Vacuum Solutions, Photonics Solutions and Materials Solutions—with a Global Service business for installation, maintenance, repair and calibration. MKS sells worldwide through a direct sales organization, independent distributors and online channels, serving customers across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
