CVR Energy is a diversified holding company engaged in petroleum refining and marketing, renewable fuels production, and nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing through its subsidiaries and equity interest in CVR Partners. The company operates two refineries in Kansas and Oklahoma that produce gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and distillates, a renewable diesel unit, and two nitrogen fertilizer facilities producing ammonia and urea ammonium nitrate for agricultural markets. Products are distributed regionally via pipeline, railcar, truck, and barge to retailers, farmers, industrial customers, and other refiners across the central United States and beyond.
