It offers commercial and residential whole mortgages, subordinated and mezzanine loans, CMBS and RMBS, infrastructure debt, preferred equity, net‑lease and direct property investments, and loan servicing and asset workout services. The company operates through four reportable segments: Commercial and Residential Lending; Infrastructure Lending; Property; and Investing and Servicing. It conducts business primarily across the United States, Europe and Australia and utilizes securitizations, loan sales, joint ventures and other capital markets distribution channels.
