Carlyle Group Inc. is a global investment firm that deploys private capital across diversified strategies to create value for institutional and private investors. It offers investment advisory and fund management services, including private equity buyouts, growth and real estate investing, credit strategies, CLOs, direct lending, aviation and asset-backed finance, secondaries, co-investments and fund-of-funds solutions. The firm operates through three principal segments: Global Private Equity, Global Credit, and Global Investment Solutions.
