Amplify Energy Corp. is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and production of oil and natural gas properties. The company produces and markets crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids and holds operated and non‑operated working interests, plus related midstream activities such as ownership and operation of an offshore crude oil pipeline. Management reports one reportable business segment conducted through OLLC and its subsidiaries, with operations organized around operated and non‑operated assets. Its producing properties and sales are concentrated in Oklahoma, the Rockies (Bairoil), federal waters offshore Southern California (Beta), East Texas/North Louisiana and Eagle Ford, with sales to refiners and other oil and gas purchasers under customary marketing agreements.
