Sila Realty Trust, Inc. is a REIT that invests primarily in high‑quality healthcare facilities across the continuum of care. It acquires, owns and leases inpatient and outpatient healthcare properties, originates and acquires real‑estate related loans and mezzanine financing, and invests in non‑majority real estate securities. Substantially all operations are conducted through its consolidated Operating Partnership and the company is internally managed, pursuing acquisitions, joint ventures, and various financing and disposition strategies. Its properties and investments are predominantly located throughout the continental United States and leased to national, regional and local healthcare tenants.
