It offers food, hospitality, procurement and facility services, including dining, catering, concessions, retail, patient and retail food, environmental services, custodial/housekeeping, plant operations, energy management and capital project management. The company operates in two reportable segments: Food and Support Services United States and Food and Support Services International. Aramark serves clients across its principal sectors in the United States and in multiple international markets through on-site managed service and outsourced contract arrangements.
