12. Segment Information

 

The Company is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company that has yet to generate operating revenues. Management has determined that the Company operates with a single operating segment and a single reportable segment – the Clinical segment. The Chief Operating Decision Maker (CODM) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO assesses performance and allocates resources to achieve the Company’s goals based on operating loss and net loss as reported in the Consolidated Statements of Operations. The measure of segment assets is Total Assets as presented on the Consolidated Balance Sheets. All of the Company’s operations occur within the United States.
