RPC INC provides specialized oilfield services and equipment to independent and major oil and gas companies engaged in exploration, production and development primarily in the United States and in selected international markets. It offers pressure pumping (hydraulic fracturing), downhole tools, coiled tubing, cementing, rental tools, well control, snubbing, nitrogen services, wireline, pipe inspection and related training and support services. RPC acts as a holding company for Cudd Energy Services, Cudd Pressure Control, Thru Tubing Solutions and Patterson Services and reports operations in Technical Services and Support Services segments. Its services are delivered through a network of regional facilities and dedicated sales forces across the Permian, mid‑continent, southwest, Gulf, Rocky Mountain and Appalachian regions.
