Recently Adopted Accounting Pronouncements

In November 2023, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) No. 2023-07, Improvements to Reportable Segment Disclosures (“ASU 2023-07”). ASU 2023-07 is intended to improve reportable segment disclosures primarily through enhanced disclosure of reportable segment expenses and requires that a public entity that has a single reportable segment provide all the disclosures required by ASU 2023-07 and all existing segment disclosures in Topic 280. This ASU was effective for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2023, and interim periods within fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2024. Early adoption was permitted. ASU 2023-07 was required to be applied retrospectively to all prior periods presented in the financial statements. The Company adopted this guidance in the fourth quarter of 2024. This pronouncement addresses disclosures only and had no impact on its consolidated financial results.

In December 2023, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) No 2023-09, “Income Taxes (Topic 740): Improvements to Income Tax Disclosures” (“ASU 2023-09”). ASU 2023-09 expands disclosures in the rate reconciliation and requires disclosure of income taxes paid by jurisdiction. ASU 2023-09 is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2024. Early adoption was permitted. The Company adopted this guidance in the fourth quarter of 2025 on a prospective basis. This pronouncement addresses disclosures only and had no impact on its consolidated financial results.

Recently Issued Accounting Pronouncements

In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU 2024-03, Income Statement—Reporting Comprehensive Income—Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40). ASU 2024-03 requires disclosure, in the notes to the financial statements, of specified information about certain costs and expenses, including amounts of purchases of inventory, employee compensation, depreciation, and intangible asset amortization included in each relevant expense caption, as well as a qualitative description of amounts remaining in relevant expense captions that are not separately disaggregated quantitatively. ASU 2024-03 also requires disclosure of the total amount of selling expenses and, in annual periods, an entity’s definition of selling expenses. ASU 2024-03 is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2026, and

interim periods within fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2027. The guidance may be applied prospectively or retrospectively. Early adoption is permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact that ASU 2024-03 will have on its consolidated financial statements.

In September 2025, the FASB issued ASU 2025-06, Targeted Improvements to the Accounting for Internal-Use Software. ASU 2025-06 makes targeted improvements to accounting for and disclosure of software costs under ASC 350-40. This ASU is effective for all entities for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027, and interim reporting periods within those annual reporting periods. The guidance may be adopted prospectively, retrospectively, or via a modified prospective transition method. Early adoption is permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact that ASU 2025-06 will have on its consolidated financial statements.
