6 — Segment Reporting

The Company operates in one business segment that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes MRI compatible medical devices and related accessories, disposables and services relating to them. The determination of a single business segment is consistent with the financial information regularly provided to the Company’s appointed chief operating decision maker (“CODM”), who is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Roger Susi. As the Company has only one operating segment and is managed on a basis, the measure of profit or loss is net income or loss. See the Statements of Operations.
