Recently Adopted Accounting Pronouncements
In March 2023, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (the “FASB”) issued ASU No. 2023-01, Leases (Topic 842): Common Control Arrangements. This ASU amends certain provisions of ASC 842, Leases that apply to arrangements between related parties under common control. The Company adopted this standard as of the beginning of fiscal year 2025 and the adoption did not have an impact on the Company’s consolidated financial statements.
In November 2023, the FASB issued ASU No. 2023-07, Segment Reporting (Topic 280): Improvements to Reportable Segment Disclosures. The ASU expands public entities’ segment disclosures by requiring disclosure of significant segment expenses that are regularly provided to the CODM and included within each reported measure of segment profit or loss, an amount and description of its composition for other segment items, and interim disclosures of a reportable segment’s profit or loss and assets. All disclosure requirements under ASU 2023-07 are also required for public entities with a single reportable segment. The Company adopted this standard as of June 30, 2025 and this standard has been applied retrospectively to all prior periods as presented in Note 20. Segment Information.
Recently Issued Accounting Pronouncements Not Yet Adopted
In December 2023, the FASB issued ASU No. 2023-09, Income Taxes (Topic 740): Improvements to Income Tax Disclosures. The ASU enhances annual disclosures related to the effective income tax rate reconciliation and income taxes paid. The ASU is effective for the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 and subsequent interim periods, with early adoption permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact this standard will have on its income tax disclosures.
In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU No. 2024-03, Income Statement - Reporting Comprehensive Income - Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40): Disaggregation of Income Statement Expenses. The ASU requires the disclosure of additional information about specific expense categories in the notes to the financial statements. The ASU is effective for the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2028 and subsequent interim periods, with early adoption permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact this standard will have on its disclosures.

The transition method chosen (full retrospective versus modified retrospective) affects comparability with prior periods. Companies that delay adoption to the latest permitted date may be struggling with implementation complexity. Compare the disclosed impact assessments against peers in the same industry to gauge whether management's expectations are reasonable.
